1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Dream Getaways (“the Promoter”), registered at 20C Peppard Road, Sonning Common, RG4 9SU.

2. Eligibility

  Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
  
• 
  Entrants from jurisdictions where such competitions are prohibited are not eligible.
  
• 
  Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible.
  
• 
  Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be required before awarding the prize.
  

3. How to Enter

• 
  Entry costs £2 per ticket. A maximum of 5,000 tickets will be available.
  
• 
  To enter online, purchase via the Promoter’s Shopify store and correctly answer the skill-based question.
  
• 
  Free postal entries are also permitted. These must include the entrant’s full name, address, email, contact number, and the correct answer to the competition question, written clearly on a postcard or letter, and sent in a correctly stamped envelope to: Dream Getaways Prize Draw, 20C Peppard Road, Sonning Common, RG4 9SU
  
• 
  Postal entries must be received by 23:59 on 4 November 2025 (UK time) to be valid.
  
• 
  Limit of one free postal entry per household. Bulk, automated or photocopied entries will not be accepted.
  
• 
  Free entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries. All entrants have an equal chance of winning regardless of entry method.
  
• 
  Entries that are incomplete, delayed, corrupted, mis-delivered, illegible, or not received for any reason will not be valid.
  
• 
  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the loss, delay or non-delivery of postal entries.
  

4. Closing Date

• 
  The prize draw closes at 23:59 on 4 November 2025 (UK time).
  
• 
  The draw will take place on 5 November 2025, regardless of the number of tickets sold.
  
• 
  In the unlikely event that entries exceed 5,000 due to technical or administrative error, only the first 5,000 valid entries will be included, and any additional payments will be refunded.
  

5. The Prize

The winner will receive a Luxury Christmas Break for Two to Budapest, including:

  Return flights from London to Budapest.
  
• 
  3 nights’ accommodation at the W Budapest Hotel (5★).
  
• 
  Tickets to a Budapest thermal spa.
  
• 
  A romantic Danube dinner cruise.

  £500 spending money.
  

Alternative Option: The winner may choose a £2,000 cash alternative instead of the holiday.

Important Notes:

  Standard travel dates are 5–8 December 2025. Alternative dates may be requested, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
  
• 
  The holiday prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another destination.
  
• 
  The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or elements of it) with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  
• 
  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs not expressly included in the prize description (e.g. travel to/from the UK departure airport, travel insurance, meals outside the itinerary, or personal expenses).
  
• 
  Winners and guests must each hold a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas or travel documents.
  
• 
  Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the winner.
  

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• 
  Only entrants who correctly answer the skill-based question will be entered into the draw.
  
• 
  The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries using a computer-generated process.
  
• 
  The draw will be live-streamed or recorded on the Promoter’s official social media channels for transparency.
  
• 
  The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
  
• 
  If the winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  
• 
  The Promoter may require proof of ID and address before confirming the prize.
  

7. Publicity

• 
  By entering, participants agree that their name and town may be used for publicity purposes (including on the Promoter’s website, social media or press releases).
  
• 
  The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity.
  
• 
  The Promoter will not share personal details beyond what is reasonably necessary without further consent.
  

8. Data Protection

  Personal data supplied during the promotion will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

  Data will only be used for administering the competition and, where consent has been given, for sending marketing communications.
  

9. Liability

• 
  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues, system failures, or other problems outside its reasonable control which may affect entry.

  Entry fees are non-refundable except where the Promoter cancels or voids the competition.
  
• 
  The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
  
• 
  Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
  

10. General

• 
  The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, provided it does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
  
• 
  These terms are governed by English law. Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  
• 
  By entering, participants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
